Savoie Mont Blanc Tourisme attended the press workshop organized by Atout France in Amsterdam dedicated to the next summer season.
Morzine and Pays d'Albertville tourist offices participated also to this operation organized in Holland, the country of cycling lovers. Albertville and Morzine are 2 of the 5 cities of Savoy, who will host the 2016 Tour de France. And these 2 destinations chose cycling as a major outdoor activity for tourism development.
This event gathered 60 journalists and bloggers. Many interesting meetings were held and 3 press trips have already been programmed for the next summer.
Taking advantage of this trip to the Netherlands, Savoie Mont Blanc Tourism invited these two partners to meet a Tour Operator and a press editor before joining Utrecht where the "Fiets and wandelbeurs" (Cycling and hiking show) took place during the weekend.

Savoie Mont Blanc Tourisme attended the winter press workshop organized by France Montagnes and Atout France in Amsterdam. Many ski resorts of Savoie Mont Blanc were present: Lake Annecy Ski Resorts/Le Grand-Bornand and La Clusaz, Morzine, Châtel, Les Gets, Tignes,Val Thorens, La Rosière, La Plagne, Les Arcs, Brides-les-Bains, Megève and Chambéry Savoie airport...
More than 30 journalists came to meet the ski resort press reps and to listen to the presentation of new trends for the next winter season.
"Press workshop 2015" in Amsterdam - Spring/Summer/Autumn

43 journalists were presents. They met with 19 representatives of French tourist destinations come to propose new in their territories. The meetings organized in the form of "speed dating" allowed us to exchange with 31 journalists and hope to have sparked story ideas and receptions in Savoie Mont Blanc this summer. The themes highlighted by Savoie Mont Blanc Tourisme on this occasion were the outdoor activities (biking, hiking) and lifestyle (wine, food). The output of the press release in NL is scheduled for April so 4 records were realized for this occasion. A press release was published by France Atout France and fired in 150 copies. It was given to each participant and sent to selected journalists were unable to make themselves available. It will also be used by the press service throughout the year and presented at various press events where Atout France will attend.

Open Dag at the Institut culturel Français in Amsterdam

Savoie Mont Blanc was invited by the Institut Culturel Français and came with several partners to presents the region, its ski resorts, its wines … The partners were : tourist offices of la Norma and Praz sur Arly two family ski resorts, two accommodation owners a new B&B and a campsite located next to ski areas, the France Montagnes rep in the Nederland. Atout France supported this meeting.

Savoie Mont Blanc Tourisme attended the winter press workshop organized by France Montagnes and Atout France in Amsterdam. Many ski resorts of Savoie Mont Blanc were present: Brides les Bains, Chatel, Courchevel, La Clusaz, La Rosière, Le Grand Bornand, Les Gets, Les Menuires, Megève, Morzine, Tignes and Val Thorens.
About 30 journalists came to meet the ski resort press reps and to listen to the presentation of new trends based on the nbtc-nipo analysis of the previous winter season.
